Strategic Partnership Acquisition Lead
Purpose of Role
To lead and manage the end-to-end acquisition process of strategic partners across various categories that support Bobobox’s room, experience, and F&B products. This role ensures the team executes high-impact partnerships aligned with business needs, prepares new partnerships for go-live readiness, and innovates on new collaboration opportunities.
- Lead the acquisition strategy and execution across all partnership categories (F&B, activities, services, vouchers, banks, brand collabs).
- Identify trends and new opportunities by monitoring market movements and competitor collaborations.
- Supervise and guide associates in deal negotiation, partner onboarding, coordination and assist in high-stakes negotiations to secure optimal commercial terms.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Partnership Performance Lead to ensure a smooth transition and sustainability of newly acquired partners.
- Brainstorm new product concepts and partnership angles with Strategic Partnership Manager and Strategy Manager.
- Support pre-opening preparation for new Boboeatery sites and special partnership projects.
- Provide regular updates to Strategic Partnership Manager on acquisition pipeline, challenges, and recommendations.
You will fit in this job if you:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field with minimum 2-3 years experience in Strategic Partnership/Business Development.
- Passionate about travel, F&B, and outdoor experiences - with a genuine interest in enhancing guest experiences.
- Proven track record of successfully building partnerships in at least 3 of the following: Banking & Fintech, F&B brands, Tour & Travel, Lifestyle & Wellness, Outdoor Activities, Startup or Tech Ecosystems.
- Strong leadership and delegation skills, especially in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong commercial negotiation and communication capabilities.
- Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry revenue streams, including room revenue, F&B, activities, and retail.
- Willingness to travel frequently and try out potential partner offerings.
- Experience in hospitality, tech startups, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
