Strategic Partnership Associate

What you will do:

A Strategic Partnership Associate is one who develops, services and grows relationships with channel partners. This role includes developing sales strategies and negotiating with partners, who are actively looking for Sponsorship/Advertisement suitable for Bobobox and gaining revenue from it.

A Strategic Partnership Associate has to be an excellent communicator. You must be active listeners who take the time to comprehend what others say and then use the information you learn to build relationships. You have to be socially perceptive and aware of nonverbal cues to feel how the negotiation is going and be able to adjust accordingly.

A Strategic Partnership also has to be innovative in its quest to help its channel partners effectively sell their product. In addition to these skills and personality traits.

You will fit in this job if you:

  • Having 1-2 years experience in account management, B2B partnership, business development, or partnership
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills are a must
  • Creative and strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations
  • Independent team player with excellent teamwork skills
  • Ability to plan, work to a structured timetable, and be focused on deliverables
  • Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Energetic, high level enthusiasm and calm even in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Result driven and target oriented
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
