What you will do:

• Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs across all F&B branches to ensure consistency and quality in operations
• Train and support F&B staff in understanding and applying SOPs effectively
• Identify areas for operational improvement and innovation, and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies across all branches
• Provide support and guidance to branch managers to help them meet their operational goals
• Monitor inventory levels and implement controls to minimize waste and prevent shortages
• Analyze sales data and ensure accountability for achieving sales targets in all branches
• Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and execute sales strategies and promotions

You'll fit in this job if you:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with a proven track record of managing multiple locations
• Strong understanding of SOP development and implementation
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff
• Passionate about innovating and improving operational processes
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the F&B industry
• Experience in inventory management for F&B
• Willing to be based in Bandung with frequent travel (covered by company expenses
