Talent Management Manager
What you will do:
The purpose of the Talent Management Manager role is to lead and oversee the holistic talent life cycle within the organization, focusing on attracting, nurturing, and empowering top talent to achieve company goals. This strategic position involves crafting a compelling employer brand, spearheading recruitment and selection processes, implementing effective onboarding and development programs, and fostering a positive work environment.
You will fit in this job if you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, engagement, or a related HR function, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing talent management strategies, including employee development, succession planning, and engagement initiatives.
- Experience working with diverse teams across multiple locations, particularly in industries with both HQ and branch structures.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align talent management strategies with overall business objectives and long-term organizational goals.
- Leadership and Influence: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior management, as well as inspire and develop teams.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in utilizing data and metrics to drive talent management decisions and demonstrate ROI on talent initiatives.
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Change Management: Strong ability to lead and manage change initiatives, particularly in the context of talent development and employee engagement.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business environments, industry trends, and technological advancements.
