Branch Operations Supervisor - Jakarta Area
What you will do:
As a Branch Operations Supervisor at Bobobox, with supervision from Branch Operations Manager, you supervise the end to end operational aspects for Bobobox’s branches, spearhead the strategies, supervise branches operations team and execute plans across several functions. This role reports directly to the Branch Operations Manager of Bobobox. You’ll arrive in a career experience of building teams from scratch, branch operations’ systems that tie directly to the core business of the organization.
You will fit in this job if you:
- Hold a diploma or an undergraduate degree in hospitality or related field.
- Willing to work based in a selected area with frequent travel.
- Proven experience at supervisory level in hotel minimum for 2 years.
- Proven experience at hotel pre -opening projects is an advantage.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to engage with vendors and stakeholders.
- Understanding the hotel business process.
- Attention to detail and curiosity obsessed
- Proficiency in using email, microsoft offices and google suite
- Excellent learning skills, attention to details, and to proactively resolving issues and results-driven.
