What you will do:

• Check and Coordinate with drafters to ensure the construction drawings accuracy.
  
• Revise construction drawing set.
  
• Take decision in terms of design standard and specification.
  
• Take decision of solving minor issues on construction phase that related to the design.
  
• Take decision in changing materials of the construction that related to design
  

You will fit in this job if you:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Willing to work from office in Bobobox HQ Bandung
• Willing to travel and business trips to various Bobobox Site Locations.
• Skilled in developing design concepts aligned with Bobobox's brand and vision.
• Proficiency in architectural software for drafting, modeling, and rendering.
• Strong understanding of space planning and functionality in cabin/capsule hotel designs.
• Knowledge of modular design for adaptable structures.
• Familiar with tech integration in design (smart systems, IoT, automation, energy management).
• Understanding of green building standards (e.g., LEED).
• Experience coordinating with internal teams.
• Keeps up with architectural trends, tech advancements, and guest preferences.
• Open to innovation, new materials, and cutting-edge technologies for enhancing guest experiences.
