What you will do:

• Develop and oversee the implementation of tactics and strategies tax in Bobobox’s Business.
• Proactively research, produce, monitor, and analyze tax rules, regulations, and legislation.
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc tax reporting.
• Assure reconciliation between tax and statutory accounting.
• Maintain tax balance of the Company.
• Check/review accounts, tax computation, cash flow, and monthly tax estimation.
• Liaise with respective government tax authorities or external tax consultant if any.
  
• Prepare of the company annual tax return.
• Ensure compliance with tax obligations.
• Contribute to the identification and formulation of strategic objectives specific to tax.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead the daily activities and workflow of assigned employees.

You will fit in this job if you:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification.
• 3-5 years of working experience in the taxation department for a high-growth organization or a start-up company.
• Have experience leading a team of at least 1 year.
• Preferably having experience as a tax consultant in a reputable consultant office.
• Having Brevet A&B Certificate.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and taxation tool.
  
• Proficiency in accounting software/ERP will be an advantage.
• Professional working proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
