Strategic Project Associate

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive launch plan, including market research, feasibility studies, and go-to-market strategy
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, competitor activity and evaluate growth opportunities in the local market
  • Develop new offerings that cater to untapped customer segments, driving additional revenue
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to ideate, test, and refine program offerings
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner. Must be able to effectively communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Strategy Manager
  • Assist in conducting regular project meetings and providing regular project status reports to stakeholders

You will fit in this job if you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a top local or overseas university with a STEM, Business or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Market Research, Business Development or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional people skills with a talent for training, motivating, and building rapport with diverse teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Physically fit and enthusiastic to travel frequently.
