What you will do:

As a Senior Graphic Design at Bobobox, is to oversee and drive the creative direction of all visual design aspects within the organization. The Sr Graphic Design plays a crucial role in shaping the brand identity and enhancing the overall customer experience through visually appealing and impactful designs.

• Developing and maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity that aligns with Bobobox's vision and values. This includes creating and enforcing brand guidelines, logo design, color palettes, typography, font and other visual elements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to understand their goals and translate them into effective design strategies. This involves identifying design opportunities, defining design objectives, and creating a cohesive visual language across various platforms.
• Leading a team of visual designers and providing guidance and feedback to ensure the quality and consistency of design work. Setting creative direction for projects and campaigns, and ensuring that all designs are aligned with the brand and meet the desired objectives.
• Creating visually compelling designs for various marketing materials, including advertisements, social media graphics, website elements, and other promotional assets.
• Collaborating with the UX/UI team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for Bobobox's digital platforms. Ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience through the application of effective visual design principles.
• Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines. Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors or agencies when necessary to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of design assets.
  

You will fit in this job if you:

• A strong foundation in graphic design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, composition, and branding. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
• Demonstrated experience in graphic design, preferably in a leadership or senior role. A robust portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums, such as print, digital, and branding.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship. Strong project management skills to effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and allocate resources.
• Knowledge of brand development and the ability to create and maintain a cohesive visual identity. Familiarity with developing brand guidelines, including logo design, color schemes, typography, and visual elements.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ability to work collaboratively, take input from stakeholders, and incorporate feedback into design solutions.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop unique and visually compelling design solutions. Ability to think outside the box and stay updated with industry trends and emerging design practices.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work. The ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines in all design deliverables.
• A genuine interest in the hospitality and travel industry, with a desire to understand Bobobox's target audience and create designs that resonate with them.
• The capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and shifting priorities. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and efficiently manage design workflow.
